It is an Italian semi-detached house from the early twentieth century, on three levels: the entrance and a bedroom on the ground floor; on the first floor, a second room, a bathroom and a laundry, as well as the kitchen with a large window that opens onto the outside terrace; on the second floor, two other rooms and a second bathroom.
