2 room apartment in Endine Gaiano

Due to non-use, I am renting out this apartment only as a second home or pied-à-terre, not as a primary residence. Measuring 55 sq m, it extends over two levels and has been finely renovated for personal use, with a lake-view balcony and access to the promenade (30 m away). Maximum two occupants; small pets are welcome. Never rented before, it is a magical and relaxing place to spend unforgettable holidays in every season.
