2 room house in Molinella

Between Budrio and Molinella, starting in December, I am renting out a two-story terraced house with a private (fenced) garden. If desired, a garage/storage unit can be included in the rental for an additional fee. The property is already furnished but has limited interior space. There is also a particularly narrow spiral staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor, so the property is not suitable for elderly people or those with mobility problems.
