5 room apartment in Pescara

190 sq m property with two entrances, located in a building with a single upper floor above a portico. Originally an open-plan space used for tertiary-sector purposes, it can be converted into a residence. It consists of a single open space that has been divided into a very large room and four additional rooms, all on the same level and separated by drywall partitions. The apartment is exceptionally bright thanks to its very large window and offers views in two directions: both onto Piazza Salotto (Piazza della Rinascita) and onto Via Parini.
